Hi Bella...after being on hold for 40 minutes and being tossed around from person to person,
I was able to find a person at Verizon that understood what feature I need for the
line!
I need to be able to forward our office line from any phone (including my cell) To get this
feature called " Ultra Call Forwarding" it is an extra $2.50 a month....
ok for me to add on to our monthly bill?!
