I told Francis I would speak to Jeff by the weekend and get back to him regarding if he is employed or not, as he is a real chef who will have other opportunities come up. I know he isn't 100% happy with all of the meals but it's a work in progress. Francis can really cook; I don't think we will find better than he as a Private Chef. Most of these guys with a lot of talent want to make a name for themselves in a restaurant and get PR etc. I would imagine in 2 years or so, he will leave to do as but the good news is Francis will teach the next guy, so the transition will be much easier. Jeff needs to make up his mind, otherwise he will lose Francis as he needs real employment with healthcare ++. I'll reach out to Jeff in the morning to reiterate this. I think you should open up an account here as it is one of the premier and superior suppliers for whichever chef you hire. The should use this store for their terrific meat products, I'm surprise Jeff hasn't used it before. If you just call them at I spoke to Roman and all you have to do is give them your credit card information either by sending it in or walking in the store and then they will have an account set up so that the chef can walk in and pick up his meat. Also, see what their policy is regarding accountability as you must be aware, it's one of the oldest chefs scams in the book. They could take some of the product intended for Jeff, so ifs good to have someone check on it every once in a while. They may not start off that way, but sometimes can breed dishonesty.
