Fancelli - Installment #1 Hi Darren, Attached are: (1) the first Memorandum Opinion issued by Judge Carroll which ruled on Fancelli's motion to dismiss and which gives the Court's rationale as to why it thinks Molyneux must be "joined" whether or not the Plaintiffs had a cause of action against Molyneux and (2) the second Memorandum Opinion which denies our motion for reconsideration in which to argued to the Court that the Plaintiffs should not be required to join Molyneux as a party due to the settlement agreement and release.
