I rec'd your email and was mortified. I immediately started looking up any history I could find for March 5th and re-registering in the VI, and all I could find were at least 10 reminders I had for Darren in January that read: remind Darren: should JE contact Larry Woods about registering in FL? and should JE re register in the VI? I never rec'd a date that you were to re-register...I have scoured my notes, emails and calendar. If I were told a date, I would have put the date in the calendar along with reminders prior to the date. Darren says this was an issue last year so I have been scouring my notes from last year in Feb. and March. I do not find anything regarding the dates and do not remember being involved. I have now input your dates for re-registration for the VI March 5th for 2013 and am working on reminders for following years. I've also asked Darren to let me know about your FL and NY registration dates. All I can say is I'm very sorry and I hate this has happened. I try to be extremely diligent with your reminders and especially one as important as this. If I had been given a date back in Jan. when I was reminding Darren, I would have put it in the calendar.
