Based on our conversation, I am forwarding a "draft" of the proposed lease between the Virgin Islands Port Authority ("VIPA") and Thomas World Air, LLC — for the 3600 s/f of hangar space at the Middle Bay, General Aviation Building, Cyril E. King Airport, St. Thomas, VI. There a few yellow-highlighted areas that I want to bring to your attention: • We have on record Attorney Maria Hodge as the contact person, as such, has the attorney as the addressee. Please advise if this will be the case. Item No. 8, "Notices", • Regards Article 28, "Relocation": the Relocation language will be changed. Suffice to say that it will be more reflective that the tenant not bear the costs for relocation that is at VIPA's request. The new language will replace the present language very shortly, and the draft will be revised. • Page 37 — who will execute document on behalf of TWA, LLC? Larry, I believe that you plan to send this your legal "area" for review, so that we can be somewhat ahead of the game to finalize this matter. We look forward to your (TWA, LLC's) feedback.
