We filed the stipulation of dismissal with respect to the arbitration at FINRA today. I expect to e-mail you a file-stamped copy of that document tomorrow. I don't know whether counsel representing Bear Steams in the stock drop case has yet filed the stipulation dismissing that case. If that has not already happened, it will soon. I'm pretty sure Susman Godfrey will automatically receive a stamped copy of that stipulation from the SDNY CM/ECF system. Is that sufficient for your purposes? Thanks. Stephen M. Darren requested I check in to see when he will receive the executed copies of both stipulations (Stamped & Filed) in the Bear Steams Settlement. I know he was also still hoping for the original signatures on the Settlement Agreement be given to him as well. Thank you, EFTA00426808
