I. A direct ocean view for the majority of the areas: Master bedroom, Living room, Main dinning, the terrace under your bedroom with the adjacent gym and the upper terrace lounge directly above the dinning that has a 360-degree view. 2. The main areas will be separated through covered corridors by a certain distance. These will allow nature to blend between the major spaces and gardens. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy the many beautiful gardens, with tropical palms, and running water streams, along the many incredible views of the island. 3. We will use the natural stone of the island trough the majority of the house. 4. The use of a Rustic-Elegant motif means that all of the spaces of the house must reflect this emotion somehow throughout the experience. EFTA00444374
