Thank you for coaching Ty. We very much appreciate your high expectations of him. Ty learned a great deal and I could see him improve with each tournament gaining more confidence as the weeks progressed. Ty's goal is to move up to the A team next year. I believe your evaluation was constructive and honest. Thank you again Ike and Lesley Groff From: James Rump [mallto: Sent: Monday, July 17, 2017 8:57 AM To: James Rump Cc: lake Kirby Subject: Thank You Hi Everyone - Coach Kirby and I would like to thank you all for providing us with the opportunity to coach your boys. We both had a great experience and really enjoyed the summer season with Eclipse program. The boys were all engaged, respectful, and committed to our goals for the summer, and as the boys are undoubtedly a reflection of their parents, thank you for making our jobs easier with such high character individuals. EFTA00459635 While all involved - coaches, players, parents - certainly would have liked to end the summer on a higher note, Coach Kirby and I have been pleased with the improvements each and every player made over the last 1-2 months. Last evening, I sent all your boys home with a short player review. The intent is to provide a very honest evaluation of where each player is today relative to where they are expected to be at this time. In the event anyone needs a bit more clarity or context around the comments, please let me know. The common theme across all players is certainly the need to work on off-hands. I hope that the evaluation will push many of the boys to spend more time on the wall throughout the summerffalUwinter. Thank you again, and I would like to wish all of your boys the best of luck in the further pursuit of their successful lacrosse careers. James Rump P.S. Thanks to Jen Gentner for being the team's photographer!
