I just emailed the card to Sarah at Dr. Moskowitz's office to make sure they have on file...I will send to as many doctors I know and if he makes new appointments through me, I will provide both again. I always remind Jeffrey to take his insurance cards with him to appointments_ but...you know... Also, doctor offices should be notified if using Quest Diagnostics send lab with medicare information.
