See attached. He asked me to scan and pass this along, and to also convey the following: I. He will be doing the new quarter's RO testing this coming week and can supply that information as soon as it arrives. He will proceed with household water testing as well. 2. The document including date of submission for last quarter's RO testing is attached. He never received the results. This will require follow-up. Therefore, he has also included the quarter previous to last. See attached.
