We have incorporated all the notes we have from previous meetings as well as the style that resulted from the mood board that we all liked. All has been conceptualized taking into consideration the high wind conditions, preferred views, noise and visual pollution and we are very satisfied with this initial approach. We propose to keep the stone of all the existing buildings but change their appearance by taking them through a "lime" process that will tone them down, creating a complete different look but respecting their history... I have done this process in many projects in Mexico and it ages the materials in a beautiful way. All "louvered" elements have been studied and placed in a way that will not create any noise caused by the wind.
