THE 1953 TRUST THIS nusT AGREEMENT is made as of August 8, 2019 ("Agreement"), by and among JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN, as Grantor (the "Grantor"), and DARREN K. INI3YKI-: and RICHARD D. KAHN, as Trustees (the "Trustees"). WHEREAS, Grantor, residing at Little St. James Island, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands established The Jeffrey E.
