I spoke with Alex Peto (who works with Marc Leon) and he told me that whilst there were other bids on the
table, they still considered your one to be "the most serious". So my advice is to stick to your guns. Don't offer
anymore and you may still get it. He also confirmed something we already know, that the owner is extremely
difficult and gets worse every year!!!
