You have yet to provide any due diligence documents, and until that is received I canmot commit to a closing date. Did you mean May 29th? As March 29th is the end of this week. I also suggest that before the closing the owner remove anything he wants, as our insurance will not cover damage done by him after closing. Or better yet, he can make a list of things to be sent.
