Es macht keinen Sinn, wenn alle im Vertrag Anderungen anbringen, dann muss bei jeder Anderung jeder wieder den gesamten Vertrag Wort ftir Wort kontrollieren. Genie kann man die Anderungen auch handschriftlich anbringen und mir als pdf schicken, ich werde sie dann einarbeiten. Abgesehen davon sollte jetzt als ERSTES die gewunschte AML von BANK ZU BANK erfolgen, bevor von KAuferseite weitere Aktionen untemommen werden. Im Gegensatz zu der Meinung von Karyna wird die AML nicht zuletzt, sondem ZUERST vorgenommen, denn sonst macht alles andere keinen Sinn. Beispiel: Versteigerungen bei grossen Auktionshausern oder Booten und auch Immobilien, etc.: Vor Zulassung zur Versteigerung muss die Bank des Bieters direkt an das Auktionshaus bestatigen, dass der Bieter uber die notigen Mittel verftigt und sie sauber sind, sonst wird er nicht zur Auktion zugelassen.
