You are not in compliance with the Visa
Waiver Program travel requirements that
went into effect January 12, 2009, for
travel to the United States.
All Visa Waiver Program travelers to the United States
must obtain authorization via the Electronic System
for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to traveling to the
