The following are the acute rehab centers that my father will be frying to get into. He will probably be discharged early next week.
Glen Cove Hospital affiliated with North Shore Hospital on LI ( He prefers this because of proximity to the family)
The Hospital for Joint Diseases on 17th Street in NYC
The Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains
Any connections would be great. I understand you may have none- I just need to put the info out everywhere.
