Please can you see if you can think of a potential angel investor/s who, after viewing the attached
documents, would be interested to meet my partner Dr. David Russell in person in New York early next
week, and sit in an investor presentation from the Founder of the Institute for Scientific Simulation- ISS?
David Russell is coming to New York the night of Monday 2nd November and will be making investment
presentations all day Tuesday 3rd November in downtown Manhatten. He is truly an extraordinary person -
talk about an intellectual challenge!!! - and he's single too just for your own information!
Might you even think of doing this investment yourself - if whoever you can send, is able to come up with a
positive judgement on the opportunity? Quite frankly, I have always
wanted to do something for you that's significant -- this in mind mind is one such genuinely important
opportunity whose fruit will become ripe within months, if i can just get this final bit of support right now.

theoretical physicist and mathematician by training - Feinnan the nobel physict offered him a full scholorship at
the age of 15 to come and work with him - that's how brillian David is. (At the time, David could not take up
the offer as his father was dying of heart disease and David has to stay home to look after him till he died.)
The options are
- coming in with a bridge loan/opportunity in a 3 X deal to invest (minimum 25k maximum 100k)
- coming in with an investment as part of a private placement round raising $2 million
- Coming in on both of these opportunities.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISS 3-x BRIDGE OFFER....
ISS is currently offering a confidential private loan arrangement (for up to

$100,000) to a few individuals who can help "bridge" ISS to the receipt of new contract revenues from
the U.S. Navy and the U.S. government.

The loan is provided to ISS in the form of a Promissory Note (written by our legal counsel,) for a 3X
guaranteed return on your short-term investment. The Note is to be payable at the end of a year after the
Note is signed. The Note holder has the option of only taking the original amount in return, with interest,
and then receiving the remaining 2X in ISS Series B equity (known as ISS Membership Units).
The Note holder also has the option of specifying that all of the return be in the form of ISS Membership
Units, which would total 3X (three times the value) of the original loan. We are attempting to restrict
this special offer to "friends of the company" and it remains open only until we begin receiving funds
from the imminent contracts or from Membership subscriptions in the $2 million Private Placement
Memorandum.
