Go to Tools and choose Personalities 2. You'll see an account called <dominant> which is your mindspring account 3. Right click anywhere in the Personalities window and choose "New" which starts the New account Wizard 4. choose Create a Brand New Account 5. Give it a personality name like NYSG (for our servers) hit next 6. For Personal Information put Gmax then hit next 7. for email address put then hit next 8. for login name type gmax and hit next 9. for Incoming mail server enter leave POP selected then hit next 10. for outgoing mail server enter and leave allow authentication checked, hit next then finish 11. You'll see the new account added in the personalities window 12. right click the new account and choose properties 13. select the incoming mail tab and uncheck "Leave Mail on Server" box and hit Ok. This will make it delete from the server everytime it downloads your messages. you can close the personalities window at this point. The first time Eudora checks mail on the new account it will ask for a password.
