We have been making good progress on the AIDS initiative. I have been back<br>
to Rwanda and Mozambique twice since we last talked and we are having good<br>
results in both countries.The more time I spend in Africa and in other poor<br>
countries, the clearer it becomes that effective investments in health and<br>
education are essential before they can advance.<br>

I hope you are well. Please give my regards to Jeffrey. I look forward to<br>
hearing your thoughts about your next steps whenever you formulate them.<br>
