9East 71" Street daily report 6/13/13 • Checked Fire Stair case from Roof to C-Level ,Replaced light bulbs 5th fl, 4th Fl, 2" fl. Checked all fire Hose racks, chemical fire extinguishers due for service called Lund fire (718) 423-1900 to check and charge fire extinguishers they will service sometime next week. • 1s' Floor Kitchen Wall behind Garland Stove the Corian surface on wall melted and is falling off of wall due to oven being left on too long needs to be replaced with new corian , tiles or stainless steel attached are pictures of damage. • Checked all 18 Bathrooms in Residence checked all toilet ,sinks for plumbing issues, flushed all toilets checked fill and drain valves due to lack of use , checked all drains on sinks , Hot & cold Water faucets ran all faucets flushed all sediment out of hot water lines .Flushed Domestic water lines from the 40 floor slop sink pressure station. • Checked light Bulbs in all rooms in residence changed under the cabinet kitchen lights Sth fl, 3f1 replaced bulbs in all dressing room closets hair salon room, & JE dressing room, Bed room stair case fixtures, 2nd fl lamps, 1st floor lamps. • Received new ABB (VFD) for Catering Kitchen exhaust fan that burned out during start up checked specifications for installation tomorrow.
