GSJ PERMIT REQUEST INFORMATION Based upon our request for permission letter we are including the following items in the minor permit request. For the water trailer we need the following: 1. Confirmation of where the water trailer will mainly be stored. The water trailer will be housed in an existing shed on GSJ close to the main house. 2. What type of vehicle will be used to tow the water trailer and specifics about the vehicle including weight, size, type of fuel (diesel or regular) 2016 Kawasaki Mules will be used. They are diesel propelled and weigh 1821. Please see Exhibit 1 for the full specs. For clean-up of Roads to Caretaker's Cottage & Quonset Hut 1. Description of mechanical or other equipment that will be needed to complete this project Including all specs on equipment Track hoe — Caterpillar 360. This piece of equipment will be rented. See Exhibit 2 for full specs. 2. Information as to whether or not clean up includes any grading, removal or fill. If so, we will have to show design details, profiles and location of erosion and sediment control devices such as silt fences, etc. The clean-up of this area will include minor grading but no removal or fill. There will only be trash removal. 3. We will have to provide final grading plan and landscaping plan to the extent you are going to plant on roadsides. There will be no planting in this area. 4. Cut & fill and profiles of roads to extent necessary. Not applicable. For dean-up of Christmas Cove and Shallow Bay: 1. Description of mechanical or other equipment that will be needed to complete this project Including all specs on equipment. The clean-up of this area will necessitate the cutting of a new road to Christmas Cove and Shallow Bay. Cleaning will be done by a track hoe and by hand. See Exhibit 2 for the track hoe specs. A flatbed (see Exhibit 3) and a trash bin (See Exhibit 4) will also be used. 2. Information as to whether or not clean up includes any grading, removal or fill. If you need to bring equipment in by barge to the beach - we need to provide location of proposed landing site as well as specs on barge, including length, draft and tonnage. A barge will not be used for this area. For planting: 1. Confirmation of palm and mango trees being planted. None 2. Confirmation that no protected grass is present at site. (Amy) 3. Landscaping plan. None For erection of flagpole: we should have enough information to get that through. They will mainly be approving location. For construction of Storage buildings: 1. Building size, dimension and # of stories. See Exhibit 5. There will be one Quonset Hut erected behind the tennis court and another one erected next to the existing Hut. 2. Site profiles ????????? 3. Location of underground utilities to extent necessary. The utilities are existing already. The tennis court and the existing Quanset Hut both have electrical service. 4.
