Dear I hope this letter finds you well. I have recently been informed that you have decided to hire the law firm of as I thought they might help you to settle any dispute you might have, ut ey have said you are going to file a lawsuit against me. I wanted you to know that if you would like to speak to me you may call me directly.. I believe the lawyers are not giving you good advice. And are only involved in this so that they can make money. I 'd rather that money go to you. I wanted to make sure that you knew that I had offered to settle any dispute with you, and let this get in the past. As I know it has been unpleasant for both of us. I wanted you to be aware that as I must defend myself to the best of my ability. If you choose to take this to court, you will have to undergo a thorough suchological exam and questioning.. in addition , my attorney will hire private investigators who will need to interview family friends, boyfriends girlfriends„ teachers, police reports. Custody reports, current and former employers„ doctors, anyone who in the past you might have had a disagreement with. Relatives, neighbors, other girls etc. I can't stress enough how distasteful I find this whole process.. I would like to try to avoid it. As a defendant I am allowed and intend to not answer any of the questions your lawyer might ask of me.. As the plaintiff, you do not have that right You will be questioned by experts, about your past sex history, ( you ,ust tell the truth ). Your drug use if any, the sale and purchase of any drugs.. IF you have engaged in any illiegal behavior, we will take your testimony and present it to the authoritess.
