VIRGIN ISLANDS Dear Director Oriol, On behalf of Little St. James, LLC, the Jaredian Design Group is requesting permission to pave the existing dirt pathways that connect the main residence and accessory structures on Parcels A. 8 and C Little St. James Cay, St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands. We ore requesting these dirt pathways to be paved in order to prevent periodic washouts and loose dust from becoming airborne during the dry season. It will be easier for the pedestrians and small golf-cart vehicles that traverse the paths to go from one structure to the other. The design will incorporate proper drainage measures and overall Best Management Practices (BMP). The pathways, as mentioned before, are existing and have been shown in the Minor Land Development Permit applications for Parcels A, B and C dated March 22. 2010.
