FIELD MANAGER LSJ/GSJ Responsible of staff management of the following departments: • Landscaping • Marine • Engineering • Maintenance Create work schedules for all departments, insuring full coverage as needed Schedule contractors and oversee work quality Approve contractor bills for payment Conduct morning staff briefing to delegate work projects Schedule barge runs and boat traffic Communicate with JEE to ensure correct execution of projects Daily checks of island landscaping, direct clean up where needed Weekly checks of maintenance vehicles. Are they kept in good working order? Oversee marine units. Boats clean and maintained? Schedule monthly test runs of jet skis. Responsible for directing maintenance of all service buildings, captains office, R/O plant etc. Payroll reporting, hours, sick and vacation days Fill in for House Manager when needed.
