I would look forward to continuing to discuss a role in facilitating the construction of a new maintenance building designed and permitted by the VIPA for its own use. In addition, Thomas World Air, LLC is very interested in pursuing a project involving its renovation and occupancy of what is currently known as the VIPA's maintenance building, which I understand is currently scheduled for demolition. With further discussion of these exciting projects and the parties' respective roles in their planning and implementation, I feel confident that we should be able to formulate a plan that would be mutually beneficial.
