Jay, When I spoke to Glenn Dubin, he made it clear, that he was responsible and liable for returning my money if it had been in 2002- 2004, he said that changed after Zwirn left in Oct of 04. He and I agreed that if he was liable it was his problem and if not it was mine.. It now seems perfectly clear that from my side that we were not in any different positioin as a result of unilateral action on their part. I transferred money to highbridge, they never gave it back„ they can't simply disclaim liability because it suits them. Darren has put together a list of questions and document production requests that would allow us to better understand what actually happened.. I don't want to be confrontational with mike carroll but I do want to be firm.. Glenn has already conceded that he will not get any more money before I get mine„ but I would like to understand how much he and highbridge have already received and how much they were owed when I made my withdrawal request.
