You may also recall that, although Mr. Epstein's permanent residence is in the United States Virgin Islands, he does maintain a vacation home in Santa Fe County that he visits (albeit very infrequently), and, as a result, Mr. Epstein attempted to register with the Santa Fe County Sheriff in an effort to comply with federal Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act ("SORNA") requirements. As part of Mr. Epstein's continuing efforts to remain in compliance with federal SORNA requirements, we have attached a summary sheet containing information Mr. Epstein provides to and updates with the Sex Offender Registry of the United States Virgin Islands, the jurisdiction of Mr. Epstein's permanent residence, in accordance with both Virgin Islands law and federal SORNA requirements.
