Aspen Landscaping LLC is pleased to submit our Landscape Maintenance
Agreement for the year 2013 for your consideration. Your monthly fee is based
on the amount of on-site crew time, supervision and materials required to
maintain your gardens and property at the level you desire. Communication is
important to Aspen and we encourage you to share your ideas and concerns
with us.
Year-around landscape maintenance of grounds at $23.00 per hour.
April-November (summer): an average of 32 labor hours per week, for
$3,189.33 per month, plus NM Gross Receipts Tax of $211.29, for a total of
$3,400.62.
December-March (winter): an average of 28 labor hours per week, for
$2,790.67 per month, plus NM Gross Receipts Tax of $184.88, for a total of
$2,975.55.
Any additional work requested will be invoiced at $25.00 per labor hour and
$40.00 per irrigation labor hour.
Maintenance invoices will be dated the first of the month for which services are
provided and must be paid by the 10th of that month. All past due accounts
are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
Aspen Landscaping LLC carries contractor's Liability Insurance and Workers'
Compensation Insurance as required by the New Mexico Workers
Compensation Law

Aspen Landscaping LLC make no warranties of any kind and under no
circumstances is Aspen Landscaping LW and/or its employees liable for (1)
bodily injury or damage to real property and tangible property, including
contents; (2) third-party claims of parties other than owner; and, (3) economic,
special damages, punitive damages, consequential damages or incidental
damages, including water usage surcharges.
Either party may renegotiate or terminate this contract with one month's
written notice.
