Memorandum To: Jeffrey Epstein From: Emad Hanna Date: 07-18-05 Re: LSJ Project # 27 Landscape Lights Paul Gandy mentioned the original survey called for a little over 1 mile of pathway lighting only would be around $ 100,000, which he admitted that he made a mistake on and it is his fault. He stated in an e-mail dated 7-14 (see attached copy) that his estimate is about $ 200,000 higher than originally anticipated. Upon receiving the new site plan based on the specs given to Miles, which included the following: 1) Increase the total pathway length to nearly 4 miles 2) Utility conduits and duct banks for future facilities 3) Irrigation water 4) Communication lines It was determined to have all utilities in a common trench. Gandy estimates the lighting project only to take about 4 months at a cost of $ 430,000 and the lighting and duct bank to take about 9 months at a cost of $ 1,000,000. Thank you, Emad EFTA00586313
