I spoke with Bill Kan regarding this matter and he mentioned to me that we
would need to hire an engineering firm if JE is going to proceed with the
main house project. The two companies that Bill narrowed it down to are out
of Orlando Florida, Mr. Karr recommends using The Maguire Group,
however Hollis Engineering is currently working in the area and the cost
would be cheaper since they are already in ST.Thomas and will be there
until the end of June.
No action is needed unless JE approves the main house project.
