The Company has been engaged in the ownership, operation and improvement of real property for more than 10 years. It currently owns and is improving an island off the Northeast coast of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands and now seeks to acquire Scorpios Island. The Company has relationships with several financial institutions, including, but not limited to, JP Morgan Chase & Co., which will serve as the Company's banker in the event that the Company is able to enter into an agreement to purchase Scorpios Island and proceed to completion with this acquisition. This letter is also to confirm that all dealings with the Company in connection with the possible acquisition of Scorpios Island shall be conducted through Steve Giraud of G.V. Invest Ltd.
