I am proceeding cautiously with regard to the further processing of such applications without answers to the following concerns: 1) CZM requests a detailed inventory of a existing structures on Little St James as well as corresponding permit numbers; and 2) aM requests a status report of all permits issued to LS), LLC for which the scope of work is not completed. Additionally, prior to the processing of any more CZM permits for Little St. James, I am hereby requesting a meeting to discuss the development of Little St James upon the submission of the aforementioned information.
