While we are in the process of seeking all information relating to your client's complaint, it appears from a preliminary review of materials and data available that the equipment used to monitor activity during the excavation phase report readings within acceptable parameters. Should our further investigation into this matter unearth anything to contradict the above, our client and their representatives, contractors and subcontractors will take all appropriate measures.
