Re:
Recent Contact
Dear Mr. Goldberger:
Our firm recently learned that you solicited Mr. Ken Jenne to meet with you and
discuss issues related to the cases against your client, Jeffrey Epstein. We are now aware of
at least one personal meeting between you and Mr. Jenne where Mr. Epstein was also
present (either in person or by phone). At the time you arranged the meeting(s), you knew
that Mr. Jenne was a former RRA employee that worked on Epstein cases and had
information that was protected by both attorney-client and work product privilege.
At this point, we do not have a clear understanding of exactly how many of these
meetings took place or what information was exchanged. We also have not determined what
we intend to do about this or what our ethical and legal obligations are at this time.
This letter is simply to place you on notice that we are not waiving any remedies
available to us or our clients. If you are able to shed light on any of the meetings that took
place or the issues explained above, please do so in writing.
