MOTION TO EXCEED PAGE LIMITATION The Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff, Bradley Edwards, by and through undersigned counsel hereby moves this Honorable Court to authorize the filing of his Response in Opposition to the Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment which exceeds ten pages in length. In support of the Motion, the Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff would show as follows: 1. Counsel for Mr. Epstein has filed a 26 page Motion for Summary Judgment. 2. The Motion raises numerous issues relating to both counts of Mr. Edwards' Fourth Amended Counterclaim. 3. Mr. Edwards' Response is 15 pages in length. The length of this Response is the minimum necessary to adequately address all of the issues raised in Mr. Epstein's Motion for Summary Judgment. WHEREFORE, in light of the foregoing, the Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff Bradley J. Edwards respectfully moves this court to authorize the filing of his Response which exceeds the 10 page limitation.
