Very good...now a little more of your magic....since we will be borrowing at I + 250 under the Citi line we are now finalizing, we should add an interest factor of the same amount to these advances from the time of advance. Too big a pain in the butt to do? Doesn't need to be "exact/exact" but a reasonable effort would be fine.
