JOINT SCHEDULING REPORT Petitioners, by and through their undersigned counsel, and the United States, by and through its undersigned counsel, file their Joint Scheduling Report, and state: 1. On December 14, 2015, the parties conferred regarding the scheduling of events in this case to promote the resolution of the dispute. The parties submit the following proposed schedule for the Court's consideration: January 22, 2016 February 22, 2016 March 11, 2016 Petitioners shall file their motion for summary judgment addressing whether a violation of the CVRA occurred The Government shall file its response to petitioners' motion for summary judgment, and its cross-motion for summary judgment Petitioners shall file their reply to the Government's response to petitioners' motion for summary judgment, and their response to the Government's cross-motion for summary judgment March 25, 2016 The Government shall file its reply to petitioners' response to the Government's cross-motion for summary judgment 2. In the event the Court finds that a disputed issue of fact precludes the granting of summary judgment, an evidentiary hearing shall be held ninety (90) days after the Court issues its order on the parties' motion and cross-motion for summary judgment.
