Carol S. Chomsky Revocable Trust Acceptance to Serve as Trustee Under the terms of the Carol S. Chomsky Revocable Trust, an agreement of trust dated October 18, 1989, as amended, of which Eric F. Menoyo and Carol S. Chomsky were the most recent trustees (the "Trust"), Ism named to serve as a successor trustee to Carol S. Chomsky, if Noam Chomsky, the first named successor, does not serve as trustee or if he ceases to serve as trustee. Carol S.
