Level 1 and level 2 offenders must have their photographs taken every 3 years. To comply with this law, your photograph must be taken at your local police department between March 26, 2011 and May 5, 2011. Please call the Virgin Islands Dept of Justice - Sex Offender Registry to schedule a date and time to have your photograph taken. If you have moved, call the police department where you live now.
