Feb. 9, 2017), is not controlling in this case and why the Court should not decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. 2. In response to the show cause order, the petitioner would show no cause why Debrincat is not controlling as to the basis for this Court's jurisdiction, and no cause why this Court should not decline to exercise jurisdiction.
