NEW YORK ACADEMY OF ART III FRANKLIN STREET NEW YORK CITY NEW YORK 10013 January 15, 2014 Mr. Jeffrey Epstein 9 East 71$1 Street, New York, NY 10021 Dear Mr. Epstein, Thank you for your pledge of $30,000 to the Portrait Scholarship program at the New York Academy of Art. Your gift will be applied directly to the tuition for three students of your choice. As a sponsor, you will have the option of direct contact with each student and receive regular updates on their progress. The scholarships will be awarded in your name (e.g. "The Espstein Portrait Scholarship") and at the end of the 2014/15 academic year, as a tribute to your generosity you will receive a portrait of yourself or the subject of your choice, painted by each of your scholars. The students submit their applications in March and I look forward to working with you on the selection of your artists. This is a unique scholarship program that provides invaluable experience and wonderful exposure for talented artists as well as much needed financial support. The Academy simply could not provide these scholarship programs without the generosity of supporters like you. With our sincere appreciation, L ' a 2__ Lisa Kirk Development Director P 212 966 0300 / F 212 966 3547 / WWW.NYAA.EDU EFTA00617556
