LOCATION RELEASE March 29, 2016 Dear Jeffrey Epstein, Thank you for granting us permission to photograph your home for our photo shoot. For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, by signing this letter, you are authorizing Galerie magazine—a Hudson Publishing LLC publication—to photograph your home, and various artworks on December 9, 2015. The photographs taken this day by our photographer Francis Amiand will become the property of Hudson Publishing LLC, its successors in interest, legal representatives, agents, and assigns, and this release grants the full perpetual rights to take and use such photographs in advertising, trade, or for any purpose which may appear in print, online, in foreign editions, and other digital entities, or, otherwise, in our discretion. By signing this letter, you also agree that we may use the photographs for publicity and promotion of Galerie magazine and/or Hudson Publishing LLC. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, or the advertising copy, or other published matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied. You hereby release, discharge, and agree to save harmless Hudson Publishing LLC, its photographer, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under their permission or authority, or those for whom they are acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof. You warrant and represent that you are a legally competent adult and have every right to contract in the above regard. In the list below, please indicate whether we may publish your name and your home's city and state in the editorial copy. (No street addresses will appear in copy.) Please also mark whether we may include your home in third-party press excerpts, articles, and online. Lastly, please initial "Yes" to photographing all rooms and elements in this location or provide instructions otherwise.
