Plumb Pool with all schedule 80 pipe L.SJ., L.L.C. is to furnish equipment and operator to excavate the pool and to supply all gunite material as per specifications. Virgin Island Gunite Pools to oversee the excavation and furnish all rebar, plumbing and gunite plans. Virgin Island Gunite Pools to have pool plumbed, steeled and gunited within 4 weeks of excavation. All material is guaranteed to be as specified and the above work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the sum of: $207,800.00 - Two hundred seven thousand eight hundred dollars With payments to be made as follows: Progressive payments as per agreed upon Deposit upon move in of jobsite Due upon completion of steel Due upon completion of gunite Due upon completion of tile and coping Balance due upon startup and use Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
