From: Stephen Hanson To: "Jeffrey E." <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Search Firm for a 5 Star Server Date: Wed, 24 Sep 2014 22:30:55 +0000 I told lesley I never said that I agreed and vetted anything See email trail that she has. He just wants his 5 k before they do any work. They are / in the 5' field / all jerks. His contract is not bad same as all other head h. I would only add all expenses have to be approved prior Look at his schedule A. / that he must have taken from another client which is also wrong - but this shows he deals in the part or the service world you need So if the $5 k is ok for you. Let's have lesley do the responding with all that is wrong with the contract he has sent. I'll help her if your ok to hire him / pay the 30% fee He is the only one I know that delivers at this level / we have actually used him prior. He's a French dick. Don't know what else to say What would you like to do. ? Sent from my iPad On Sep 24, 2014, at 2:27 PM, "Jeffrey E." <jeat@gnSon> wrote: Forwarded From: Lesley Groff Date: Wed, Sep 24, 2014 at 2:25 PM Subject: Search Firm for a 5 Star Server To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Benoit at the Boutique Search Firm (Steve Hanson's guy) wants us to sign a retainer agreement prior to receiving any resumes. Steve says this looks to be a standard agreement that all these types of search firms use... "The Client agrees to pay the Search Firm a fee amounting to thirty percent of the placed Candidates first year annual base salary (The Fee). The Fee shall be payable in 2 installments in the following manner: a retainer fee equal to $5000 shall be paid upon signature of the search agreement. The adjusted balance of the Fee shall be payable upon the Candidate's date of hire." I asked Benoit if he could please send us some resumes with names/details blocked out so we can make sure before signing an agreement that he has a pool of candidates of the caliber you would like. Benoit said that Steve already vetted him and to move forward we must sign the agreement, pay the retainer, and then we may have a look at his candidates. Below from Benoit: I understand your and Jeffrey Epstein's concern about us being able to present the right caliber of candidate before making a financial commitment. Unfortunately, we have already been vetted by Steve Hanson and do not feel the need to further delay the search. EFTA00626559 If you are wiling to take a vety limited risk, we are on. In which case I will have to send you a search agreement to sign and a retainer invoice to pay. Do you wish sign this retainer agreement, pay the fee and start the search for a 5 star server? please note The information contained in this communication is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged, may constitute inside information, and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
