The site visit for the WAPA project will take place on Wednesday, 8/9 - Anna, he is still awaiting a time from the electrician - once we have that information then we can set up the logistics as they will need to visit both islands - this is for the WAPA electrical link for LSJ and GSJ 2. The scope of work for the RIO and Mechanical buildings sheds project - Jimmy asked if he has the green light to begin the project on Monday, 8/14. If not, he has to re-schedule the 10-man crew. He also said he needs an answer because the materials need to be ordered as detailed on the Scope of work presentation. last time we spoke about Jimmy you said you wanted firm numbers. unfortunately not yet firm but below is outline that daphne and i composed of anticipated costs for the RIO-Mechanical Buildings Steel Sheds Project: Materials: Steel, Form Lumber, Concrete (Jimmy Fraguela) - $ 70,000.00 Labor: Concrete Work only - 40 hour/8 weeks (Jimmy Fraguela) - $ 90,000.00 Steel Buildings: 3 buildings, freight to FL port (Buck Steel) - $ 110,000.00 Shipping: FL port to STT port (Tropical Shipping) to LSJ - $ 25,000.00 Building Erection: 3 buildings (Jimmy Fraguela) building - $ 60,000.00 - anticipating about $20K per Contingency: Misc, Etc, (10%) - $ 35,000.00 - $390,000.00 ** ** not this figure does not include any finishings such as electrical, plumbing and doors for buildings.. please advise if ok for jimmy to begin 8/14 on his 8 week schedule thank you Richard Kahn HBRK Associates Inc. 575 Lexington Avenue 4th Floor New York NY 10022 EFTA00626831
