It's with the heaviest heart I send you this note. Yesterday June 24th Michael Kates passed away. He had a
heart attack and died at home. We are all in shock and having a hard time understanding it all. We will be
celebrating his life tomorrow June 26th at 12 noon at plaza memorial chapel 630 Amsterdam Avenue at
91st Street.
We will be sitting shiva on June 26th from 3-9 at our home 340 east 72nd street 6s.
