Subject: Fwd: Michael & the Punchlist Date: Thu, 06 Jul 2017 19:07:38 +0000 still a lot of friction with anna and michael - i keep pushing anna to communicate more and lose her attitude michael is trying hard but still not as thorough as i would like to see.. many silly mistakes and does not see entire picture for a project: for example - ordering lights a) no clue what time frame is b) no idea of weight to determine shipping costs via fed ex or tropical.. i also thought his read of TSG report on LSJ RO took about 5 minutes then says we should sign up for all services with no questions asked or concern for pricing his new hire Ronald seems to be the equivalent of a Danny E yet he was made out to be a strong replacement of Danny Vicars my concern is that he wants to make his mark by brining in new people with new thoughts and ideas yet he does not currently have a strong understanding of both islands.. Please take a look at the Smartsheet punchlist. Michael said this morning that he updated the punchlist but how is this possible without speaking to the workers. I told him that we can't just pick and choose dates and that his dates are wrong unless he's spoken to the staff. JE priorities and existing projects is how I determine dates for new projects or try to fit them in-between of existing projects. We (Michael or my self) can not determine the start and finish date of a project because it sounds right.. not even sure if EFTA00627487 the first 10 items on the punchlist is a priority but I definitely know the dates are incorrect. Michael says that he's only doing what "Mr. Epstein asked him to do". I determine the dates for the Punchlist based on: -New project ? -Priority (JE request) -Make sure we can do the project in-house -Determine materials and days of completion -Make sure all materials for project is on Island -Start date is given -Finish date (we always factor in 1-2 days extra because of weekends) Please advise, Ann R.
