We still have an intact offer to fund Aerco for the aircraft - completely without complication and a simple outright payment. We at Aerco stand up for the loan independently. But as I explained before our loan, and the means to repay it is subject to our main clients agreeing to a substantial deal with the source of our lending. This was agreed in principal last weekend BUT the lawyers on each side seem to be at odds - we are not directly involved in these negotiations - but I can confirm that they are ongoing. It is 0300 in the morning here in Manila, James is in London. They are still working on this in California but I simply cannot get a definitive answer right now, save the reaffirmation of our finance being approved subject to our main client's contract.
