Frank also told me, he is aware of the mod that our -219 engines require to be installed on MD80 aircraft, cost is $75k each engine. Frank still has two other buyers, at higher possible offers, $900k and $1.1M These buyers are requesting more detailed information regarding Disc total times, which Frank and I have provided. the two buyers want the engines to have 4000 cycles minimum remaining, Frank is working with FJTurbines engine shop to quote cost to replace certain Turbine discs with lower cycle times, to obtain a Min of 4000 cycles. Frank asked for 2 more days, before he submits his final offer to you for the engines.
